 New York, NY – Rap Snacks today announced a partnership with major retailer, Spencer's. The iconic brand, recognized for teaming up with hip-hop stars for their assortment of snacks, will now offer an array of flavors and merchandise in 690 Spencer’s stores nationwide. The partnership is yet another milestone for the company which recently celebrated the release of new flavors featuring Grammy winner Cardi B and rap trio, Migos. Additional flavors available at Spencer’s include collaborations with artists Fetty Wap, Lil Yachty, Boosie and Romeo.

In addition to flavor-packed snacks, Rap Snacks is also unveiling its new line of t-shirts, courtesy of the Rap Snacks Foundation's Boss Up Program. The Boss Up initiative aims to provide entrepreneurship skills to youth from under-resourced communities. Through the program, mentees learned about silk-screen printing, merchandising and marketing; culminating in the creation of hand-designed t-shirts, which are now carried at Spencer’s stores across the country.

The hip-hop artist whose charismatic personality and breakthrough album catapulted her to fame, has teamed up with the iconic snacks brand, making her the first artist to debut with four flavors: Cheddar Bar-B-Que Flavored Potato Chips, Jerk BBQ Wavy Potato Chips, Honey Drip Butter Popcorn and Habanero Hot Cheese Popcorn. 1. ELIGIBILITY: The Every Day Run-of-Engagement Passes Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) is offered and open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (collectively “United States”) who at time of entry (a) are 13 years of age or older; and (b) have a valid email address and Instagram account. Employees, officers and directors of Orion Pictures or Gloob Marketing (“Sponsor”), and those entities involved in the preparation of materials and/or administration of this Promotion (collectively referred to herein as the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and their immediate family members (spouse, siblings, children and parents) and those living in the same household as such individuals (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter. Void wherever prohibited.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD: Promotion starts on or about 12 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 and ends at 12a.m. PT on Friday, February 23, 2018 (“Promotion Period”). All time referenced herein is Pacific Time. Sponsor’s clock is the official time keeping device for the Promotion.

3. HOW TO ENTER: At the start of the Promotion Period, Influencer on behalf of Sponsor will post a message on its Instagram page located at with a set of prompts for identifying information that will signify the start of the Sweepstakes. From your Instagram account, respond to the posted prompts. You will then receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes when you respond. Limit one (1) entry per person/Instagram account. Multiple posts will not result in multiple entries. If you do not already have a Instagram account, follow the directions on the Instagram homepage to sign up without charge. Once submitted, entry cannot be modified, deleted or cancelled. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Entrants may not enter through a sweepstakes club (or similar method), with multiple Instagram accounts, nor shall entrants use any other device or artifice to enter multiple times. Any Entrant who uses fraudulent entry methods, or otherwise attempts to participate with multiple Instagram accounts under multiple identities will be disqualified. In case of dispute, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the Instagram account associated with the entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an Instagram username. Sponsor reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion to refuse, disqualify, or withdraw any Entry and/or entrants at any time during the Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes Entities assume no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; nor for any computer, telephone, cable network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability, or garbled, corrupt, or jumbled transmissions; nor service provider, Internet, web sites, user net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion, or unauthorized human intervention or any technical error; nor for unauthorized human intervention, human error, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information; nor for the failure to capture any such information.

4. DRAWING/NOTIFICATION: Each day throughout (“Promotion Period”), a random drawing will be held by Sponsor (or its authorized representative) from all eligible entries received. Five (5) potential Grand Prize winners will be contacted via Instagram and will be required to provide a valid email address, mailing address and phone number to Sponsor within 48 hours of notification. The potential winner may be required to complete, have notarized and return an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability and, where legal, Publicity Release prior to prize award. The potential winner may also be required to complete a W-9 in order for a 1099 to be issued. A winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner selected by random drawing from among all remaining entries if (1) a winner cannot be contacted/does not respond within 48 hours of notification; (2) a winner does not fulfill the eligibility requirements; (3) a winner does not adhere to the Official Rules; and/or (4) if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, refused, or declined.

5. GRAND PRIZE/ODDS: 5. GRAND PRIZE/ODDS: Grand Prize: Two (2) Every Day Run-of-Engagement Passes per winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: USD $20.00. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. No transfer, assignment or substitution of prize (in whole or in part), except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Passes are valid Monday -Thursday only, excluding holidays during the run of engagement. Passes cannot be used in special screening formats such as IMAX, Dolby, or 3D. 

6. GENERAL: Participation in this Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules, Sponsor’s Privacy Policy posted on the website and Instagram’s Terms of Service posted at By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects, as well as the above referenced Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
